SNS 40-years jubilee conference: New challenges for sustainable forestry

Nordic Forest Research (SNS) was established in 1972 and has since then been the hub for forest research cooperation in the Nordic and Baltic countries. In 2012, the organization has thereby supported and initiated research networking for 40 years.

The jubilee will be celebrated with a conference on July 3-4 2012. The first day will be dedicated to indoor debates and scientific presentations. The second day will give participants an opportunity to experience southern Scandinavian forests and forestry at an excursion.
